At UR 2024: Junior raced six times during the fall, earning five top-100 results...Placed just shy of the top 50, 51st at the NCAA Niagara Regional on Nov. 16, clocking in at 26:58.0, UR's third-fastest runner...Also competed at UAAs, crossing the finish line in 27:36.8, good for 73rd...Hit a 5k PR of 17:12.3 to open the year at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14 and place 61st.

At UR 2023: Competed in four meets as a sophomore...Finished 95th out of 256 runners at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Set a new 8k PR of 26:30.0 at the Mike Woods Invitational...Came in 72nd with a time of 28:26.2 at the UAA Championships.

At UR 2022: Appeared in three races during rookie campaign with the Yellowjackets...Finished 49th in first career race at the Houghton Highlander Short Course...Season-best 8K time of 28:45.1 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 1.

HS: Attended Phillips Academy Andover and was a member of the varsity cross country and track & field teams...Earned Most Improved Award as a senior in 2022, dropping his PR in the 5K to 18:04...Mile personal best time of 4:55.7 and 3K of 10:01.

Personal: Father, Ben Goldthwaite '88, attended Rochester and participated on the cross country and track & field teams...Ben was UR record holder in 4x800 meter relay during his time on the River Campus.
