At UR 2012: The senior was arguably Rochester's best male runner in 2012, running eight races and compiling and average finish of 23rd place...Competed and was UR's best finisher (60th) at the NCAA Division III Championships in a seasons best time of 25:25.1, beating his previous best by over 30 seconds...Time was top UR run during 2012 year by over 25 seconds...Helped the Yellowjackets to a 21st place in the NCAA race...Earned four top-15 finishes on the year and ended up beating 86.5% of his competitors...Named team captain in 2012.

At UR 2011: Raced in seven events as a junior including the 2011 NCAA Division III National Championships where he helped the Yellowjackets earn a 22nd place finish...Achieved his best finish of the year (4th place) at the season opening Brockport Invitational...Placed 15th at the UB Stampede Invitational on Sept. 17...Achieved four top-50 results on the year.

At UR 2010: Recorded a 14th place finish in the 8k at the Harry F Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan, with a time of 27:22.29...At the Geneseo Cross Country Invitational, he finished 34th in the 8K race, with a time of 27:13.2.

HS: Attended Newton North HS where he ran cross country and track for the Tigers...Earned six varsity letters in track and five in XC...Named team captain on cross country in 2008, track in 2009.
