At UR 2012: The sophomore competed in four events, posting a season best time of 26:22 at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...A week earlier, finished 9th at the Oswego State Invitational for his best finish of the season...Average finish of 37.5 on the year...Named All-Academic by the University Athletic Association.

At UR 2011: As a freshman, competed in six races, finishing with an average finish in those events of 25th place, good for second on the team...Ran to a 9th place finish in the Sept. 24 Harry Anderson Invite...Earned two other top-25's on the year, including an 18th and a 24th place finish.

HS: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field for the Rams of Wyalusing Valley HS...Earned NTL conference honors in cross country sophomore through senior seasons...Placed 25th at the PIAA cross country championships his senior season...Scored the most track points on the men's team as a junior and senior.
