At UR 2012: Competed in three races as a sophomore, placing 27th at the Harry Anderson Invitational on Sept 29...Earned spot on UAA All-Academic team for efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2011: As a freshman, ran in five races and achieved his best finish of 36th place at the UB Stampede Invitational Sept. 17th.

HS: Attended New Hartford HS where he ran cross country and track and field for the Spartans...Named outdoor track captain his senior season...Indoor track MVP during 2010-11 season...Named XC All-Tri Valley League All-Star as both a junior and senior while earning the same honor in track and field...Personal best time of 4:46 in the 1600m run.
