At UR 2012: Named team captain as a senior...Was one of top defenders of the Yellowjackets, totaling 44 tackles (26 solo), 3 INT (one TD ret.), 6 pass break ups, 1 FF and 0.5 TFL...Was 1st on UR in INTs and pass breakups and sixth in total tackles...Ended the season 4th in the conference in passes defended per game (1.12), 6th in INTs (3) and 26th in tackles per game (5.4)...Was one of four players in the league to have an INT return touchdown...Ended career with All-Liberty League 1st Team selection.

At UR 2011: Junior season was another successful one for Hamm on the River Campus...Totaled 48 tackles (28 solo) and had one INT...Also recorded 3 tackles for loss, 2 pass break-ups and 1 blocked kick.

At UR 2010: Had a breakout sophomore season, as he led the team in interceptions (5) and finished third in tackles (39.5)...His accomplishments on the field did not go unnoticed, as he was named to the All-Liberty League First Team.

At UR 2009: Played in seven games as a freshman, recording two tackles.

HS: Attended Susan E. Wagner High School in Staten Island, NY...Earned four letters in football while playing cornerback and wide receiver...Named All-Borough, All-City and All-Staten Island...Also ran track...Graduated with Honors.
