At UR 2012: Named team captain...Limited to four games as a senior due to injury...Recorded 17 tackles (9 solo), 2.0 sacks, 2.5 TFL, 2 break-ups and one forced fumble.

At UR 2011: An injury/illness plagued Pidgeon for half of the 2011 season so the reigning Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year was only able to play five games for the Yellowjackets...Played well in his limited action recording 45 tackles (22 solo)...He also grabbed two interceptions which keyed the season opening victory at Case Western Reserve...Named team captain for the 2011 campaign.

At UR 2010: As a sophomore, offenses began to take notice of Pidgeon...He led Rochester with 64.5 tackles, five of which resulted in a loss...Following the season, Pidgeon was named the Liberty League's Defensive Player of the Year.

At UR 2009: Freshman year saw him emerge as a defensive presence, which culminated with Pidgeon being named Second Team All-Liberty League...Led team with 58.5 tackles (44 solo) in 10 games...Was named Liberty League Rookie of the Week for performance in victory over Merchant Marine on Oct. 17, where Pidgeon recorded 10 tackles, forced a fumble, and returned a interception 32 yards for a touchdown.

HS: Awarded three letters in football for Oneonta High School while splitting time at running back and linebacker...Also earned four letters in both wrestling and track and field...Named to the First Team All-State for Class B as an RB...Recorded 130 tackles senior year.

Personal: Father Timothy Pidgeon played football for the Miami Dolphins and Syracuse Orange in the 1980's.
