At UR 2011: Stellar career came to an end after throwing for 1,414 yards and 10 TD's his senior season...Also ran for two more TD's...Tied a school record with 4 TD passes in a 41-34 loss against Union Sept. 24...Finished his Yellowjacket career ranking first in completion percentage, becoming the only Yellowjacket to complete more than 60% of his passes for a career (60.4%)...Also ranked 2nd in UR history in completions (445), 3rd in TD passes (35), 4th in passing attempts (737) and 4th in passing yards (4,873).

At UR 2010: As a junior, Subick split time at Quarterback with Patrick Keegan...Against WPI on October 23, he scored the game winning touchdown with less than five minutes to play to give the Yellowjackets a 16-15 victory...In the season finale against Hobart on November 13, Subick's three passing touchdowns, in addition to one on the ground, powered Rochester to a 35-34 double overtime victory.

At UR 2009: Sophomore year saw Subick etch his name in the Yellowjacket record books...Finished 2nd in completion percentage for a season with 63.7%...Completed 28 passes at RPI on Oct. 3, which tied for first in school history with his own performance at Union in 2008 and Aaron Molisani in 2004...Led team with 12 passing TD's and 1446 passing yards...With Subick accounting for 68% of teams completions, the 2009 squad set school records with 19.2 completions per game, and 217.8 yards per game.

At UR 2008: As a freshman, Subick quickly made a name for himself...In his first career start, he tied a school record by completing 28 passes in a 29-25 victory at Union College...Finished season by throwing for 8 TD's and 1,334 yards, both which led the team.

HS: Attended four years at Don Bosco Prep School in New Jersey...Member of the National Honor Society...Earned three varsity letters in football...Helped the Ironmen win Group 4 State Title in 2007 and 2008 with a 12-0 record both seasons.
