At UR 2011: Saw a sensational Yellowjacket career come to an end following the season...Totaled in his UR career 3,279 rushing yards (3rd in school history) on 787 carries (2nd), 34 rushing TDs (3rd) and 41 total TDs (T-2nd)...In his final season on the River Campus, Onyiriuka ended with 545 yards rushing and seven touchdowns which led the Yellowjackets...Also chipped in 100 yards receiving and one more TD...The season ended with the running back being named 2nd Team All-Liberty League.

At UR 2009: In his junior season Onyiriuka rushed for career-best 1,234 yards and 12 TDs...Only fifth man in 120 years to run for 1,000 or more yards in a season...Also caught 32 passes for 326 yards including four receiving TDs...Post-season awards included 1st Team All-Liberty League and 1st Team All-ECAC.

At UR 2008: Rushed for 631 yards and 5 TDs his sophomore season on the River Campus...Also caught 14 passes for 102 yards and one TD.

At UR 2007: Named Liberty League Rookie of the Year and All-Liberty League 2nd Team following a great freshman year...Rushed for 687 yards and 10 TDs on the year, averaging 62 yards per game on the ground.

HS: Three letters for football, two for basketball, one for track & field at Corning West High School...Captained football and basketball as a senior...Selected as football's MVP senior year, basketball's MVP junior and senior year...Most Improved Player award for track & field in his senior year...First Team All-STAC West honors in junior and senior years, Second Team All-Conference honors in basketball as a senior...Ran for 1,372 yards and scored 13 TDs plus caught 12 passes for 320 yards and five TDs as a senior.

Personal: His brother, Jon, played basketball for Rochester.
