At UR 2016: Ran in three races during senior year when she also served as a team captain...Finished 19th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, earning All-Region accolades in a 6k career best time of 21:43.3...Was 13th at the UAA Championships, earning 2nd team honors...Led UR's contingent at the Yellowjacket Invitational at Genesee Valley Park on Sep. 17, finishing 39th...Was named a Scholar Athlete by the USTFCCCA and also earned All-Academic honors from the UAA...Was selected as a UR Garnish Scholar during the fall.

At UR 2015: Really broke out as a top competitor as a junior, competing in seven races and finishing among UR's top-5 in six of those...Placed 19th at the UAA Championships and was 9th at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Competed at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (40th) and the NCAA Division III Championships (137th) where she helped UR to a 14th place finish at nationals in the teams' first NCAA finals appearance since 1987...Defeated over 79% of opposing runners...Had season best 6k time of 22:29.69 at the Rowan University Border Battle.

At UR 2014: Sophomore year cut short, only competing in one race...Placed 31st in season opening Oswego State Invitational, helping UR to a 4th place team finish...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2013: Was a strong contributer for Rochester as a freshman, competing in four races...Earned 8th place finish (2nd on UR), in the first meet of her college career, running a 19:23.8 (5k) at the Oswego State Invitational on Sep. 7...Finished 45th of 268 runners at the Geneseo Pre-Regional, running a season best 6k time of 23:31.3.

HS: Earned four letters in both indoor and outdoor track and field for Westwood HS...Also, played three years of varsity soccer and earned one letter in cross country...Named outdoor track captain her junior and senior years, indoor track and cross country captain as a senior...Earned All-Conference honors three times in both indoor and outdoor track, once in cross country...Member of the National Honor Society.
