At UR 2018: Named co-captain as a senior when she appeared in six races...Defeated over 71% of competitors and had an average finish of 70.17...Career-best 6k time of 22:37.2 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Finished 231st at the NCAA Division III Championships, 44th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and 34th at the UAA Championships...Helped the Yellowjackets earn the team title at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational with a 3rd place finish out of 66 runners...UAA All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2017: Competed six times in her junior season...Had two top-20 finishes, coming in 12th at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational and 19th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Placed 22nd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Was top-50 at the UAA Championships in late October...Helped her team to a 7th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet...Posted an average finish of 52.0 and defeated 73% of her opponents on the season...Earned UAA All-Academic honors for the second straight season.

At UR 2016: The sophomore ran four times during the fall for Rochester...Posted a strong race in the open event at the Rowan University Border Battle, placing 22nd of 167 runners in a season best 6k time of 23:53.2...Finished in the top-5 UR runners at two events, including on home soil at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Named to the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Competed in five events during freshman season...Was one of UR's top-5 scorers at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational where she finished in 47th place...Season best 6k time of 23:22.48 at the Rowan University Border Battle where she was 6th across the finish in the open event...Defeated over 61% of opposing runners.

HS: Earned three letters in both cross country and track and field for the Pioneers of Simi Valley HS...Earned MIP award in cross country in 2012 as a sophomore...Helped team to three straight top-5 finishes in the state, including winning state title in 2013...Was the schools top Scholar Athlete for XC in 2013 and 2014 and for track and field in 2014 and 2015.
