At UR 2016: The senior finished her final year with a tremendous season, being UR's top runner in all four events she competed in...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships and narrowly missed All-American honors by finishing in 36th place in 21:16.5...Had a career best 6k time of 21:13.4 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, earning All-Region honors in the process...Was named 1st Team All-UAA following her 5th place run at the UAA Championships...Was selected as one of Rochester's team captains...Honored for academics by being selected a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete and member of the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Returned to action in a junior year and was a key member of the team, ranking among UR's top-5 runners in all seven events she competed in...Defeated 88% of opposing runners and helped UR reach the NCAA Division III Championship as a team for the first time since 1987...She had five top-25 finishes on the year, including a season best 5th place at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Was 13th at the UAA Championships, earning 2nd Team All-UAA honors and helping the Yellowjackets finish in 2nd place...Named to USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region team after finishing regional meet in 23rd place...Finished just outside the top-100 at NCAA's.

At UR 2013: Started off cross country career strong with 9th and 16th place finishes at the Oswego State Invite and Yellowjacket Invitational respectively...Freshman ran in a total of five races.

HS: Attended C.W. Baker HS where she lettered in cross country, bowling and indoor track and field...Named cross country team captain junior and senior years while leading the bowling team from 10th grade on...Named XC MVP as a junior and senior, bowling MVP for four seasons...4-time 1st Team All-League XC selection, Named All-Section as a senior and participated in the NY State meet...Bowling 1st Team All-League 10th-12th grades and was All-Section junior and senior seasons when she also qualified for the state championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
