At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Was part of UR's contingent at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, running on the 4x400 meter relay which placed 9th in the nation in 3:19.57...Had three All-Conference honors at the Liberty League Championships, finishing runner-up (2nd Team) in the 800 meters and in 3rd place (Honorable Mention) on the 4x400 meter relay and distance medley relay...Competed on UR's 4x400 meter relay which won the title at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, aiding a Rochester 4th place finish in the team standings...Ran a career-best indoor time of 1:55.33 in the 800 meters at the RIT Februrary Invitational, which ranked 40th in Division III this season...4x400 meter relays top time was 15th in the country and DMR ranked 44th...Had 12 top-4 results during the season, including three wins.

Outdoor: Seven appearances outdoors as a senior, completing a strong career with the Yellowjackets...Had nine top-8 finishes overall...Set personal best times in three events during the season, coming in the 400 meters (51.36 seconds), 800 meters (1:53.65) and 1500 meters (4:01.06)...Was 2nd Team All-Liberty League in two events, finishing runner-up in the 800 meters and on the 4x400 meter relay...Part of UR's 4x400 meter relay which set a new school record of 3:16.90 at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, finishing in 4th place...Competed individually at the regional meet and was 21st in the 800 meters...Double event winner at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14, crossing the finish first in both the 800 meters and on the 4x400 meter relay...Liberty League All-Academic honoree for the second straight year...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Had a highly successful junior season, specifically in the 800 meters...Ended the year ranked 83rd in NCAA Division III, 14th in the Atlantic Regional and 2nd in the Liberty League with his best time of 1:55.70 which was a career-best...Event wins in the 800 at the NYU DIII Invitational and Brockport Multi and Invitational...Competed in three events at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 4th on the 4x400 meters, 5th in the 800 meters and on the distance medley relay.

Outdoor: Kept excellent year going outdoors, qualifying for the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Finished 5th at both meets in the 800 meters, including posting a personal best time of 1:54.31 at the AAR meet...Posted event win at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20 and ended runner-up a week later at the Cardinal Classic...Top-10 time regionally and #2 in the Liberty League in the year end rankings in the 800 meters...Liberty League Track Performer of the Week on May 14...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Enjoyed solid sophomore season, competing in six meets...Was 8th on UR's distance medley relay at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships...Finished 4th on DMR at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships which ran the event in a UR season best time of 10:32.28...Also, placed 7th on 4x800 meter relay while just missing the podium in the 800 meters (9th) at states...Had two top-5 results at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational on Jan. 28...Had second best time on UR in the 800 meters during the indoor season, clocking in 1:59.24 at the RIT February Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran in eight meets during the spring...Was NYSCTC champion in the 4x800 meter relay, with UR's team posting a time of 7:48.27, also ending 4th individually in the 800 meters in 1:58.06...Had top time on UR in the 800 this season, winning the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet race in 1:55.82...Had two runner-up finishes at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite on Apr. 14, coming in the 800 meters and on 4x400 meter relay.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in five meets indoors during freshman year, including at the ECAC and NYSCTC Championships...Was on state title winning 4x800m relay and also ended 6th individually in the 800m at the NYSCTC Championships, helping Rochester secure the team title...Ran on 4x800m relay which ended 6th at the ECAC Championships as well, posting a UR season best time of 7:57.78.

Outdoor: Was on 4x800m relay team which captured 1st place at the ECAC Outdoor Championships in a time of 7:44.34, again a UR team best this season...3200m relay also were champions at the NYSCTC meet and individually finished 9th in the 800m...Had a season best time of 1:57.41 in the 800m at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic.

HS: Attended North Andover HS where he lettered in cross country along with indoor and outdoor track and field for the Knights...Earned three XC letters and four in track...Named team captain of indoor and outdoor track and field teams as a senior...Earned 2015 outdoor track Unsung Hero award...Was a 3-time All-Conference selection in the 4x800m...Holds school record for 600m indoors (1:24.91)...Qualified for nationals in the 4x800m outdoors in 2013-15, indoors in 2014...Was relay state champion three times, also helping team capture state title in outdoor track in 2015...Member of the National Honor Society.
