At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The senior participated in five meets, including the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Ran 13th in the 400 meters at the conference meet, posting a career-best time of 52.34 seconds...Seven finishes in the top-15 during the year, including two at both the Houghton Highlander Invitational on Jan. 18 and at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26...Was on 2nd place 4x400 meter relay and finished 6th indvidually in the 500 meters at Brockport.

Outdoor: Finished off career by competing at five events during the outdoor season...Was on UR's winning 4x400 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational...Best individual finish of the year came at the SJFC Cardinal Classic in the 400 meters, placing 6th in 52.41 seconds...Had six top-15 performances during the year...Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Made four appearances during the winter...Was on UR's 1st place 4x400 meter relay team at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 2...Best individual finish was 15th in the 800 meters at the same meet.

Outdoor: Appeared six times...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters, finishing 18th in a time of 53.10 seconds...Personal-best performance of 51.41 seconds in the 400 meters at the Cardinal Classic on Apr. 28, ending 9th...Had two-top 8 results at the RIT Mid-Week Invitational...Ran on 3rd place 4x400 meter relay at the Rochester Twilight Classic...Named Liberty League All-Academic during the spring season. 

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in five meets indoors...Finished 9th in the 800 meters at the Houghton December Classic in 2:14.64, his best individual result of the season...Ran on 4x400 meter relay which ended 5th at the Utica Pioneer Invitational on Feb. 18.

Outdoor: Enjoyed a solid season outdoors which included a NYSCTC title as a part of UR's 4x800 meter relay (7:48.27)...Also, competed at states in the 800 meters, placing 22nd...Ended up 6th at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet, posting a time of 1:58.63 in the 800 meters, finishing the year as fourth fastest on Rochester...Was 2nd on 4x400 meter relay at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite, also winding up 7th in the 800 meters.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in five meets during freshman season indoors, including the NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Finished on 1st place 4x800m relay team at states, helping post a time of 7:58.45 and UR capture the team title overall...Also, ended 13th in the 500m at the NYSCTC meet...Finished on 3rd place 4x400m relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed five times...Finished on 2nd place 4x400m relay at the Nazareth ROC City Classic on Apr. 11...Earned highest individual finish outdoors at Nazareth, placing 14th in the 800m in 1:59.47, a season best time.

HS: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Trojans of Simsbury HS...Earned All-Conference accolades in all three sports...Named team captain as a senior.
