At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in eight meets during senior season indoors...Had career-best performances in four different events during the season...Finished on runner-up Distance Medley Relay at the Liberty League Championships, earning All-Conference recognition in the process...DMR team set UR season-best 10:32.68 time...Individually, finished 6th in the 200 meters at the RIT Tiger Invitational, also winding up 6th on 4x200 meter relay...Seven total top-10 results during the season.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The junior ran in six meets, including the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished 16th in the preliminaries at the LL meet in the 60 meter hurdles, clocking in with a time of 10.17 seconds...Was a part of UR's winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8, also setting a PR in the 60 meter hurdles (9.98 seconds) at the same meet, ending in 12th place.
Outdoor: Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors, finishing as runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, posting a personal-best time of 57.22 in the finals...Top time on Rochester in 400 hurdles during the season...Was a double-winner at the UR Alumni Invitational, running on winning 4x400 meter relay and also crossing first in the 400 hurdles...Overall, competed in five meets, compiling six top-8 finishes throughout the spring.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Joined team as a sophomore...Competed in four meets, including the Liberty League Indoor Championships where he ended 15th in the 60 meter hurdles...Placed a season-best ninth with a 10.40 second run in the 60 meter hurdles at the Hamilton Continental Invitational (10.19 prelims).
Outdoor: Seven meet appearances...Ended in 6th place at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 400 meter hurdles, running a season-best 57.35 seconds in the prelims...Excellent at the Rochester Twilight Classic, placing 1st in the 400 meter hurdles, 3rd on the 4x400 meter relay and 5th in the 110 meter hurdles.
HS: Graduated from Greece Odyssey Academy where he was a member of the cross country, track and field and wrestling teams...Member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Twin brother, Cole '20, also attends UR and is a member of the track and field program.
