Outdoor: Ran the 400 meter hurdles four times during the outdoor season...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships and finished 10th in the 400 meter hurdle prelims with a new PR of 1:00.9...Added two more Top-10 finishes, placing 10th (1:00.31) at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational on April 2-3 and 10th (1:01.66) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 22...Liberty League All-Academic honoree

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ran in seven meets for the Yellowjackets as a rookie...Had five top-10 finishes, including two at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 800 meters, placing 16th after a run of 2:00.84...Season-best 800 meter time of 2:00.00 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational...Placed 4th in the 1000 meters (2:38.57) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge on Jan. 25.

HS: Lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Bees of C.W. Baker HS...Named cross country team captain as a senior...Was league All-Star in both indoor and outdoor track and field during senior campaign.
