Outdoor: Limited to four meets outdoors due to injuries...Scored Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the triple jump at the conference championships placing second in the triple jump (13.68m) and sixth in the long jump (6.42m)...Competed in the triple jump at regionals and placed ninth...Never finished outside the top nine across seven events, notching four top-five results...Opened the year with top-five finishes in both the long jump (6th) and triple jump (4th) at the Cardinal Classic...Notched two top-six results at the Cardinal Last Chance Meet, coming in second in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Received USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region and Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades during the indoor season in the triple jump...Indoor PR mark of 13.84 meters in the triple jump came at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, ending in 7th place overall...Secured two top-10 results at the Liberty League Championships, placing 3rd in the triple jump (12.99m) and 10th in the long jump (6.35m)...Finished 1st in the 60 meters at the Brockport Invitational & Multi on Feb. 3, running 7.41 seconds...Ranked 3rd in the triple jump field at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, posting a mark of 13.40 meters.

Outdoor: Jumped at five meets outdoors as a junior...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the triple jump after posting a season-best mark of 13.86 meters at the Liberty League Championship...2nd Team All-Liberty League after finishing the conference meet in runner-up position...Also, was 5th in the long jump (6.79m) at Liberty League's...Had a pair of top-5 results in both the triple jump (5th) and 4x100 meter relay (3rd) at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 7...Ranked 3rd in the triple jump field at the Towson Invitational in late March.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Made seven meet appearances for the Yellowjackets during the indoor campaign...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the triple jump with a third-place finish (13.32m) at the conference championships...Also finished 6th in the high jump (1.84m) and 12th in the long jump (6.30m) at Liberty Leagues...Scored six Top-10 finishes...Finished a season-best fourth in the triple jump with a 13.17m jump at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Set a new personal best in the 60 meters (11th, 7.27s) in the prelims at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Outdoor: Impressive outdoor season saw the sophomore compete in seven events, hitting a trio of PRs at Liberty Leagues...PRed in all three events at Liberty Leagues, earning Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the triple jump (2nd, 14.07m), while also scoring in the long jump (6th, 6.91m) and high jump (6th, 1.85m)...Qualified for the AARTFC Championships in both the long jump and triple jump, placing seventh (14.00m) in the triple jump and 25th in the long jump (6.28m)...Recorded 12 Top-10 finishes...Placed in the Top-8 in three events: the 4x100 relay (5th, 45.03), the triple jump (5th, 13.12m) and the long jump (8th, 6.66m) at the UR Alumni Invite on April 22...Landed two top-three finishes in the long jump (2nd, 6.85m) and triple jump (3rd, 13.56m) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Eight meet appearances as a first-year during the indoor season...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the triple jump...Finished 4th in the triple jump (season-best 13.34 meters) and 19th in the long jump at the Liberty League Championships, helping UR to the team title...Six total top-10 finishes during the season.

Outdoor: Competed eight times outdoors...Finished 10th at the All-Atlantic Regional Outdoor Championships in the triple jump, jumping 13.60 meters, a season-best...Had two scoring performances at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 3rd and earning All-League Honorable Mention in the triple jump (13.51 meters) and 6th in the high jump (1.73 meters)...Seven total results inside the top-10 on the year...Finished 3rd in the triple jump at the Rochester Spring Classic with a mark of 13.45 meters.

HS: Attended Mynderse Academy...Participated on the track & field, soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams with the Blue Devils...Named captain for basketball and soccer teams as a senior.
