At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Ran at seven meets...Finished 8th in the mile at the AARTFC Indoor Championships, setting a new personal-best time of 4:15.88...Competed in two events at the Liberty League Championships, ranking 4th in the 800 meters (1:57.06) and 8th in the mile (4:22.96)...Captured 1st place in the 1000 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Opener and later won as a part of UR's 4x400 meter relay at the RIT January Invite...Did not finish lower than 8th place in all 11 races completed in the 2025-26 indoor season.

At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets as a first-year during the indoor season...Helped the 'Jackets' Distance Medley Relay to a second-place finish (10:23.99) at Liberty Leagues to earn Second-Team All-Liberty League honors...Also scored in the 800 meters with an eighth-place result (1:56.50)...Qualified for and competed at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the 800m, clocking in at 2:01.89, good for 24th...Ran to six top-five results...Opened the season with an event win in the 1,000 meters (2:31.25) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Helped UR's 4x400 Relay to a fifth-place finish at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup...Notched another first-place result, topping the 800 meters (1:57.75) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, while helping UR to a second-place finish in the 4x400m Relay...Ran a season-best time in the 800 meters (4th, 1:57.43) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Saw the track in five meets during the outdoor season, competing at both the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region Championships...Scored in the 1,500 meters (8th, 3:58.13) at Liberty Leagues while setting a new season-best time in the 800 meters (12th, 1:56.08)...Ran the 1,500 meters at regionals and placed 11th with a new season-best mark (3:56.46)...Helped UR's Sprint Medley Relay break the school record with a fifth-place fifth and 3:29.01 time at William & Mary's Colonial Relays...Also placed 15th against a slew of Division I competition at the Colonial Relays...Tallied four top-10 results...Finished in the top five in both the 1,500 meters (5th) and 4x400-meter relay (4th) at the UR Alumni Invitational.
