At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Ran five times during indoor season as a rookie...Placed 13th of 27 at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 20, running 9:21.55 in the 3000 meters...Earned top individual finish of 6th place in the mile at the Ithaca-Brockport-Rochester Tri-Meet on Feb. 7, clocking in at 4:42.42.

Outdoor: Four meet appearances...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase, ending in 10th place in a season-best 10:05.69...Earned 3rd place in the steeplechase at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, crossing the finish in 10:28.46.

HS: Went to Pittsford Mendon High School...Swam and ran cross country and track & field for the Vikings...Five-time First-Team All-Country selection, earning three honors in swimming and one each in outdoor track and cross country...Competed at the Section V Championships seven times, three each in swimming and track...Swimming team captain as a senior...Cross Country Best Newcomer Award...Outdoor Track Coach's Award...Five-time League and six time Sectional Champion...Helped the Vikings to a state runner-up finish in cross country as a senior...Swam club for PACK Swim Team of Pittsford and the YMCA Sharks swim team...Personal best times of 4:45 in the mile, 10:07 in the two mile and 16:28 in the 5k...Academic All-American...Academic Athlete Award.
