At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Raced nine total times across seven meets as a first-year indoors...Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Championships, running a time of 2:01.70...Had a pair of top-10 results in first collegiate meet, ranking 7th in the 4x400 meter relay and 9th in the mile at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 5...Had a season-best time of 4:36.83 in the mile at the Nazareth D3 Elite Meet, placing 18th of 43 runners...Had five overall top-10 results on the season...Ran season-best 800 meter time of 2:00.75 at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, placing 8th overall.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets outdoors...Had three top-10 finishes...Helped the Yellowjackets' 4x400-meter relay top the podium to kick off the outdoor season at the Rochester Spring Opener...Ran a season-best time in the 1,500 meters of 4:13.66 at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Wrapped up the outdoor season with another season-best in the 800 meters (11th, 2:00.55) at the RIT Bill Q Invitational.

HS: Attended Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy...Four-sport athlete for the Eagles, playing soccer, swimming and running cross country and track & field...Two-year cross country and track & field team captain...Four-time All-League selection in cross country and track...All-League selection in soccer as a sophomore...Personal-best times of 1:59 in the 800 meters, 4:34 in the 1,600 meters and 16:35 in the 5k.
