At Fredonia 2024-25: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets...Had a strong performance at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships, finishing as runner-up in the heptathlon with 4,062 points, setting a new personal-best score...Did not finish below fourth in any of the seven events, and ended up winning the 60 meter hurdles (8.67 seconds) and 1000 meters (3:01.37)...Had eight top-8 finishes throughout the season, including winning the open race in the 60 meter hurdles at the Fastrack National Invite, clocking in at 8.81 seconds.

Outdoor: Competed at three meets during the outdoor campaign as a sophomore...Finished in third place in the 400 meter hurdles at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 57.10 in the finals...Was top-8 in both the 110 meter hurdles and 400 meter hurdles at the CNU New Captains Classic on Apr. 19.

At Fredonia 2023-24: Indoor: As a freshman, competed at six meets...Qualified for the SUNYAC Indoor Championships in the heptathlon, scoring in seventh place with a total of 3,878 points, which included a win in the 1000 meters and runner-up placements in the high jump and 60 meter hurdles...Secured two top-5 results at the Utica Blue & Orange Invite and Multi on Jan. 27...Finished runner-up on the 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Appeared six times...Competed in three events, scoring top-6 results in all three, at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in early May...Finished fifth in the 4x400 meter relay, 5th in the 110 meter hurdles (15.65 seconds) and 6th in the 400 meter hurdles (57.27 seconds)...Won 400 meter hurdles at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 26...Compiled 11 top-10 results on the year, including three at the Cortland Classic on Apr. 20.

HS: Attended Clyde-Savannah HS...Member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Named team captain as a senior and was MVP both as a junior and senior...Earned All-League, All-County and All-State accolades...Personal-best score of 3,254 points in the high school penathlon...President of the Student Council...Member of the National Honor Society.
