At UR 2024-25:Â Indoor:Â First-year sprinter ran in five meets during the indoor season...Helped UR's 4x200-meter relay take home first place to open the year at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6...Notched another top-three relay-finish at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 25 with a second-place result in the 4x200 relay...Added another top-10 result in the 4x400-meter relay (10th, 3:38.19) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8.
Outdoor:Â Made six meet appearances outdoors, competing as a sprinter and on UR's relays...Scored Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors as a member of UR's 4x400-meter relay at the Liberty League Championships, running the second leg en route to a third-place finish...Also set a season-best time in the 400-meter prelims (50.98) at the conference championships...Three top-10 finishes...Ran a season-best time in the 200 meters (23.16) and helped Rochester's 4x400-meter relay to a third-place finish at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 14...Helped the 'Jackets' 4x400 relay to another top-three result (2nd) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 19...Clocked in with another season-best time in the 100 meters (11.67) at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 26.
HS: Was a member of the cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field teams at Guilderland High School...Was a 7-time team captain across all three sports, including three years in outdoor track & field...Earned team MVP honors during junior season outdoors and senior season indoors...2-time Suburban Council All-Star...Personal-best times of :11.34 in the 100 meters, :22.65 in the 200 meters and :51.19 in the 400 meters...Helped 4x200 meter relay team place 5th at NYSPHSAA state meet indoors and 6th place at the federation meet....Runner-up on 4x400 meter relay in outdoor sectional meet and was 3rd individually in the 300 meters at indoor sectionals...9-time Scholar-Athlete.
