At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Appeared seven times as a junior, running at both the AARTFC and Liberty League Championships in distance events...Finished on the podium in the 5000 meters at the Liberty League meet, ranking 6th in a time of 15:13.60...Was 15th in the 3000 meters at Liberty League's and ended 16th in the 5K at the regional competition...Event champion in the mile at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9, crossing the finish in 4:27.50...Secured 3rd place and a career-best 15:06.20 time in the 5000 meters at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...3000 meter runner-up at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back meet.

Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets during the outdoor season.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Distance runner competed in six meets for the Yellowjackets as a sophomore...Qualified for both Liberty Leagues and the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the 5000 meters...Followed up a 14th-place result at the conference championships (15:31.38) with a new PR of 15:12.67 and a 9th-place finish at the AARTFC on March 3-4...One Top-5 finish and five Top-10 results...Opened the year with a new personal-best time in the 3000 meters, clocking in at 9:08.86, good for 9th...Finished fifth in the 5000 meters (15:23.77) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28...Ran a personal-best time in the mile (8th, 4:25.95) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Outdoor: Sophomore ran in five meets during the outdoor season...Competed in the 10,000 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Ran a new PR in the 10,000 meters (28th, 32:15.86) at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 14...Season-high fifth-place result in the 5,000 meters at the RIT Invitational, clocking in at 15:29.52...Set a pair of personal bests at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational in the 1,500 meters (16th, 4:05.38) and the 800 meters (27th, 2:03.75)...Liberty League All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships as a first-year in the 5000 meters, placing 20th in 15:58.18...Five overall meet appearances...Finished top-10 three times, including a season-best 5th in the 5k at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 11...Was 6th in the 5000 meters at the Conference Challenge Cup Invite and ended 9th in the 3000 meters a week later at the Bomber Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed on four occasions...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 10000 meters...Placed 3rd in the 10k at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi in 33:29.78...5th place finish in the 5000 meters at the Rochester Spring Classic.

HS: Attended Union Endicott HS...Earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Named team captain of all three sports as a senior...Was team MVP in both XC and track and field...Personal best cross country 5k time of 16:39...PR's of 4:43 in the 1600 meters and 9:56 in the 3200 meters...Earned sectional titles in the 1600 meters, 3200 meters and 4x800 meter relay...Helped Tigers to runner-up team finish at sectionals in cross country...Class Salutatorian...Treasurer of the Varsity Club...Spanish Club and Amnesty International Club...Graduated Summa Cum Laude.
