At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Appeared in five meets as a senior indoors...Secured two podium finishes at the AARTFC Championships, ranking 4th in the 4x200 meter relay (1:30.51) and 8th in the 400 meters (50.37 seconds)...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships in two individual events, running to 5th place in the 400 meters (50.82 seconds) and ending 10th in the 200 meters (23.07 seconds)...Six top-8 results during the season, including two at the season-opener at Nazareth on Dec. 8...Was 3rd in the 200 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Solid senior season outdoors, earning All-Niagara Region accolades as a member of Rochester's 4x100 meter relay that set a new school record of 42.08 seconds at the Rochester Spring Twilight...4x100 meter relay also earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors after a runner-up finish at the conference championships...Also, garnered Honorable Mention recognition in the 4x400 meter relay for a 3rd place result, with the group posting a UR top-time this season of 3:20.33...Added 5th place finish in the 200 meters at the conference meet...Ran to 10th place at the AARTFC Championships on the 4x100 meter relay (42.40 seconds) and was 17th individually in the 400 meters (49.35 seconds)...Had two relay wins and finished 3rd in the 400 meters at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 7...Ended the outdoor season with 13 total top-10 results, nine of which were inside the top-4...Recipient of the UR Athletics John Vitone Sportsmanship Award...Liberty League All-Academic and member of the Academic All-District Team by the College Sports Communicators.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Impressive indoor campaign that saw the junior secure a pair of all-league and all-region honors...USTFCCCA All-Region in both the 60 and 200 meters, ranking 26th in the 200 meters during the regular season with a time of 21.69...Took home a pair of all-conference honors at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, earning First-Team All-Liberty League with a first-place finish in the 400 meters (49.60) and Second-Team All-Liberty League honors with a second-place result (6.95) in the 60 meters...Never finished below sixth across 12 events, competing in seven meets...Secured 11 Top-3 results, including seven first-place finishes...Opened the season helping UR's 4x400 relay finish second at (3:24.76) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite, and individually finished third in the 60 meters (7.08)...Took home two first-place results at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet, winning both the 60 (7.04) and 200 meters (22.35)...Set a new program record in the 60 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, clocking in at 6.94s, good for second...Also added two more first-place finishes at Nazareth in the 200 meters (22.07) and the 4x200 relay (1:30.81)...Broke the 200 meter school record at the FastTrack National Invitational on Feb. 10, running a 22.00 flat for a sixth-place finish...Was named the Liberty League Track Performer of the Week after winning both the 60 and 200 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.
Outdoor: One of UR's top sprinters, earning a pair of USTFCCCA All-Region nods in the 4x100 meter relay and the 100 meters...Helped UR's 4x100 relay finish first (42.31) at Liberty Leagues to secure a First-Team All-Liberty League honor, and added a Second-Team All-League honor in the 100 meters (2nd, 10.97)...Competed in both the 4x400 relay (5th, 3:16.86) and the 200 meters (15th, 22.22) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, helping break the school record in the 4x400 relay...Finished outside the Top-5 just once in 10 events, securing five first-place results and a second-place finish...Eared Liberty League Track Performer of the Week honors after winning both the 200 meters (1st, 22.21) and 4x100 relay (1st, 42.75) at the St. John Fisher...Scored two more event wins at the UR Alumni Invite on April 22, finishing first in the 100 (10.78) and 200 meters (22.19), setting a new PR in the 100 meters...Opened the outdoor season with a new 400-meter personal best (5th, 49.42) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15...CSC Academic All-District Selection...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors...USTFCCCA All-Academic.
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Continued to improve as a sophomore, earning All-Liberty League Honorable Mention accolades in both the 60 meters and 4x400 meter relay at the Liberty League Championships...His scoring performances in those events, along with a 4th place result in the 200 meters and 5th place finish in the 400 meters helped Rochester secure the team title, the first Liberty League conference crown in team history...Had a solid meet at the All-Atlantic Region Championships as well, finishing 3rd in the 4x200 meter relay, 10th in the 400 meters and 20th in the 60 meters...Accumulated 13 top-8 performances during the season...Had two runner-up results in the 60 meters (season-best 7.12 seconds) and 200 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 18...Was top-3 in three events during the Conference Challenge Cup in late January.
Outdoor: Ran at seven meets outdoors, ranking as one of Rochester's top sprinters...Was part of UR's school-record 4x100 meter relay team which posted a time of 42.23 seconds at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24...Earned three All-Liberty League honors at the conference championships, placing 2nd in the 4x100 meter relay and 3rd in both the 200 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Added 4th palce result in the 100 meters at Liberty League's...Competed at the AARTFC regional meet in three events, placing 9th in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 21.99 seconds...Was 13th in the 4x100 meter relay and 23rd in the 100 meters at regionals...Triple-winner at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8, earning titles in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x100 meter relay...Accumulated 15 total top-10 results on the season...Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Week on May 16 after finishing with a 3rd place result in the 200 meters and 4th place finish in the 100 meters at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier...Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2020-21: Outdoor: Solid rookie season with UR, competing in seven meets including the AARTFC and Liberty League West Championships...Part of UR's 3rd place 4x100 meter relay team at the regional meet and was 5th individually at the Liberty League competition in the 200 meters (season-best 23.12 seconds)...Earned 1st place as a part of 4x400 meter relay at RIT-UR-Union Tri-Meet on Mar. 27...Eight top-8 finishes during the season.
HS: Attended Brunswick HS...Earned letters in football, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field...Named team captain of track & field teams in both junior and senior season, also leading gridiron squad as a senior...Track & field team MVP in back-to-back seasons and was picked Most Improved in football during sophomore season...Indoor All-Conference accolades as a junior and senior, was 1st Team All-State as a junior...Also, placed on All-Conference squad outdoors in junior campaign...Football 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-State as a senior...Personal best times of 11.37 seconds in the 100m, 23.37 seconds in the 200m and 51.10 seconds in the 400m...Helped indoor track and field team to state runner-up finish in 2020 and three straight conference titles...Football team was state champions in 2016 and runner-up in 2018 and 2019...Member of Honors Jazz Ensemble, Honors Wind Ensemble and was picked for Community Service All-State accolades.
