At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Ran in five indoor meets as a sophomore...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 60-meter hurdles and set a new PR in the prelims (10th, 8.97)...Opened the year with a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, one of two top-10 results on the year...Helped UR's 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the Brockport Multi & Invitational....Set a new personal-best time in the 400 meters (53.99) at the D3 Elite Meet at Nazareth...Notched another PR the following week at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up in the 200 meters (24.45).
Outdoor: Appeared in five meets during the outdoor season...Top-eight finish and personal-best time in the 400-meter hurdles (7th, 56.47) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Also came in 11th in the 110-meter hurdle prelims at Liberty Leagues...Notched five top-10 results, finishing outside the top-10 just once...Finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles to start the year at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on March 29...Ran both the 110 and 400-meter hurdles at the Cardinal Last Chance Meet on May 11, setting a PR in the 110-meter hurdles (5th, 16.11) while placing seventh in the 400mH.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Saw the track at seven meets during a first-year, seeing most success in the 60 meter hurdles and on multiple UR relays...Competed at the Liberty League Championships in the hurdles and placed 13th in 9.33 seconds which was a season-best time...Ran on UR's 3rd place 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Finished 6th on 4x400 meter relay at the RIT February Friday Invitational...Notched 12th place result in the hurdles at the Brockport Invitational & Multi on Feb. 3.
Outdoor: Six meet appearances outdoors...Had season-best times in both the 110 meter hurdles (16.36 seconds) and 400 meter hurdles (1:00.01) at the Liberty League Championships, ranking 9th and 10th, respectively...Compiled eight overall top-10 results on the season...Was 5th in the 110 meter hurdles and 6th in the 4x400 meter relay at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on Apr. 20...Finished 6th in the 400 meter hurdles (1:00.23) at the Rochester Spring Twilight.
HS: Attended Penfield High School...Played soccer and ran track & field for the Patriots...Named team captain for two seasons on both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams...Personal best times of 16.01 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles and 57.12 seconds in the 400 meter hurdles...Earned Honor Roll every year and was a member of the National Honor Society.
