Outdoor: Senior competed in seven meets during the outdoor season...Earned a pair of all-league honors as the conference championships: Second-Team All-Liberty League in the 4x100-meter relay (2nd, 42.46) and Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the long jump (3rd, 6.74m)...Also added another top-eight finish in the triple jump (5th) and came in 15th in the 100-meter prelims...Had 10 top-10 results, and seven top-five finishes...Came in second in the triple jump and sixth in the 100 meters to open the year at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on March 29...Took second in the long jump at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 14...Helped UR's 4x100-meter relay finish atop the podium at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 19 while coming in fourth in the long jump...Wrapped up the season with a 10th-place result in the long jump at the Cardinal Last Chance Meet on May 11...Liberty League All-Academic...Notched second-straight USTFCCCA All-Academic honor.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Enjoyed another terrific season as a junior...Was 2nd Team All-Liberty League in both the long jump (6.75m) and triple jump (13.12m, indoor PR) at the conference meet, ending the competition as runner-up to teammate Cole Goodman...Added 7th place result in the 60 meters and also ran in the 200 meters at the Liberty League Championships...Competed in three events and scored twice at the AARTFC Championships indoors, ranking 4th in the 4x200 meter relay and 7th in the long jump...Secured 13 total top-8 results during the season, including posting a win in the long jump at the Brockport Invitational & Multi on Feb. 3...Indoor personal-best of 6.93 meters in 4th place finish during the long jump at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.

Outdoor: Eight meet appearances outdoors...Was a 2-time USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region honoree, coming in the long jump and 4x100 meter relay...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League accolades by finishing on UR's 2nd place 4x100 meter relay (42.30 seconds)...Added podium finishes at the conference meet in the long jump (4th, 6.90m), triple jump (6th, 12.98m) and 100 meters (8th, 11.14 seconds)...Ran new PR of 11.04 seconds in Liberty League prelims of the 100 meters...Helped Rochester's 4x100 meter relay set a new school record of 42.08 seconds at the Rochester Spring Twilight, securing 1st place...Jumped 7.09 meters in the long jump in a runner-up finish at the UR Alumni Invitational, ending the season ranked #50 on the Division III Performance List in that event...Set career-best distance of 13.40 meters in the triple jump at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on Apr. 20, ending in 2nd...Competed at the AARTFC Championships in both the long jump and 4x100 meter relay, finishing 10th overall in both events...13 total top-8 finishes on the year, including two wins, both coming in UR's 4x100 meter relay...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Sophomore sprinter and jumper appeared in eight meets during the indoor season...Helped UR's 4x200 relay finish 9th at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships with a time of 1:31.46...Also finished 20th in the long jump at regionals with a 6.16m jump...Scored two Top-10 finishes in the long jump (4th, 6.66m) and 200 meters (9th, 23.26) as well as a new PR in the 60 meter prelims (10th, 7.18) at Liberty Leagues...Earned eight Top-10 results on the year...Helped UR's 4x200 relay to a 2nd-place finish (1:34.00) to open the indoor season at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9...Ran a personal-best time in the 200 meters (23.12, 36th) at the FastTrack National Invite on Feb. 10...Also added a 6th-place result in the 60 meters (7.24).

Outdoor: Capped off a notable sophomore campaign with USTFCCCA All-Region and First-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x100 meter relay...Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season...Ran the final leg of UR's 4x100 relay at the Liberty League Championships, inching out a victory for First-Team All-Conference honors with a 42.31 second time...Added a sixth-place finish in the long jump (6.86m) at Liberty Leagues, as well as an 8th-place result in the 100 meters (11.83) after setting a new PR in the prelims (7th, 11.23)...Competed at the AARTFC in the long jump, placing 13th with a 6.53m jump...Set another personal best in the long jump at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29 with a 7.07m jump, good for fourth...Also helped UR to another first-place result in the 4x100 relay at the Cardinal Classic, clocking in at 42.75s...Finished in the Top-10 13 times during the outdoor season, including six Top-5 results...Posted a season-high sixth-place finish in the 100 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15, placing sixth with a time of 11.37s...Also added a season-best finish in the long jump of third (6.82m).

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: First-year sprinter competed at eight competitions...Ran on UR's 3rd place 4x200 meter relay team at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships (1:31.33)...Competed in three events at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 9th in the 60 meters in 7.26 seconds, 15th in the 200 meters (23.80 seconds) and 18th in the long jump (6.06 meters)...Highest finish of 2nd place on UR's 4x200 meter relay at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 30th...Had two top-10 individual results at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22.

Outdoor: Appeared at eight meets...Part of UR's school record breaking 4x100 meter relay which posted a time of 42.23 seconds at the Geneseo Quad meet & Multi on Apr. 24...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors in 4x100 meter relay at the Liberty League Championships, helping Rochester to a runner-up finish in 42.84 seconds...Also, was 10th in the 100 meters and 16th in the long jump at the the conference meet...UR's 4x100 meter relay placed 13th at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in mid-May...Had solid meet at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8, winning 4x100 meter relay and ending 3rd in 100 meters in a season-best 11.35 seconds.

HS: Attended Columbus Academy...Participated on indoor and outdoor track and field teams and football squad...Earned Viking Award as Columbus Academy Male Co-MVP...Earned All-Conference (2x), All-District (2x) and All-Region (1x) during his career...100 meter personal best time of 11.52 seconds, 200 meter personal best time of 23.47...PR of long jump was 19'8''...Ran on district champion 4x200 meter relay team in 2019 and was a regional finalist in the long jump...Leader of the Journey 511 Club.
