At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Junior competed in the distance events at four meets...Turned in a pair of top-15 results in the mile at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8 and the 3,000 meters at the D3 Elite Meet on Feb 15.

Outdoor: Ran five times during the outdoor season...Placed fourth in the in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time (9:48.25) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Tallied three top-10 results...Added another fourth-place finish in the steeplechase at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 14.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the mile and finished 12th during sophomore season, running a time of 4:24.32 at the conference meet...Overall, appeared in seven meets and tallied four top-10 results, including finishing as runner-up in the mile at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9...Posted season-best time of 9:02.10 in the 3000 meters during 9th place finish at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back Meet on Jan. 20, one of two appearances in that meet.

Outdoor: Solid outdoor season that ended with a 4th place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Liberty League Championships, running a time of 9:42.13...Also, competed at the conference meet in the 1500 meters...Steeplechase winner at the Towson Invitational on Mar. 29...Overall, competed at four meets in 2024...Finished 6th in the 1500 meters in a new personal-best time of 4:04.48 at the Rochester Spring Twilight.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Distance runner competed in five meets during first-year indoor season...Ran a season's-best 3000 meter time (9:31.63, 30th) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28...Helped UR's 4x400 relay to a sixth-place result (3:36.75) at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Clocked in with a season's-best time of 4:38.63 in the Mile at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, earning a 17th-place result...Scored another Top-10 finish at the RIT February Friday Invitational, finishing 10th in the mile with a time of 9:33.56.

Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, running the 3000 meter steeplechase at the 2023 Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Set a new season's best in the steeplechase at Liberty Leagues, finishing 9th with a time of 10:02.64...Ran a season-best time of 4:16.52 in the 1,500 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29, placing 23rd...Three Top-10 finishes on the year...Helped UR's 4x400 relay to a 7th-place result (3:36.27) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15...Scored first Top-10 finish of the year in the steeplechase (9th, 10:31.36) at the RIT Invitational on April 8.

HS: Attended Phillips Academy Andover and was a member of the varsity cross country and track & field teams...Earned Most Improved Award as a senior in 2022, dropping his PR in the 5K to 18:04...Mile personal best time of 4:55.7 and 3K of 10:01.

Personal: Father, Ben Goldthwaite '88, attended Rochester and participated on the cross country and track & field teams...Ben was UR record holder in 4x800 meter relay during his time on the River Campus.
