At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Six meet appearances as a junior during the indoor season...Competed at the Liberty League Championships and finished 20th in the 400 meters, running 53.31 seconds...Compiled five top-10 results during the year, including finishing 4th individually in the 800 meters (2:03.47) at the Brockport Invitational & Multi on Feb. 3...Was on 3rd place 4x400 meter relay team at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.

Outdoor: Ran at five meets...Finished 15th at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters, clocking in with a time of 52.06 seconds...Was on two top-4 finishing relays during the season, including ranking 2nd on the 4x400 meter relay at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 26...Finished 8th individually in the 400 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi, posting a season-best time of 51.83 seconds.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Sophomore earned a pair of All-Liberty League honors in the DMR and 4x400 relays, competing in seven meets on the year...Member of UR's second-place DMR at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, clocking in at 10:29.65 to earn Second-Team All-Liberty League honors...Also earned Honorable Mention All-League honors in the 4x400 relay, helping UR's relay team finish third with a time of 3:27.47...Earned four Top-5 finishes and eight Top-10s on the year...Set a new personal best in the 500 meters (9th, 1:10.42) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9...Helped the 'Jackets to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400 relay (3:35.81) at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Individually, hit a season-high mark of third-place in the 400 meters, coming in with a time of 52.70 at the RIT February Friday Invitational...Added another personal best in the 200 meters (42nd, 24.53) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, running the 200, 400 and 800 meters...Finished 14th in the 800 meter prelims (52.15) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships on May 5...Set a new PR in the 400 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, finishing 13th with a time of 51.51...Notched another personal best a week later at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 800 meters (14th, 2:00.01)..Scored three Top-15 finishes, including a 12th-place result in the 800 meters (2:00.06) to open the season at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational on April 2-3.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Competed six times during indoor season as a first-year...Was on UR's winning 4x400 meter relay at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22...Two top-10 placements in first collegiate meet, ending 9th in the 500 meters and 7th on the 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10...Top 800 meter time of 2:04.89 during the season.

Outdoor: Four meet appearances...Had three top-4 results, all coming on the 4x400 meter relay during the season...Had season-best 800 meter time of 2:03.34 at the Geneseo Early season Invitational, placing 18th...Was 11th in the 400 meters at the UR Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish in 53.53 seconds.

HS: Attended Northern Highlands Regional HS...Member of the cross country, swimming and outdoor track programs...Named team captain of all three teams as a senior...Personal best times of 53.48 in the 400 mters, 2:03.00 in the 800 meters...National Honor Society...DECA Business Club.
