At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Ran in four indoor meets as a first-year for the Yellowjackets...Tallied a pair of top-10 results at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, placing eighth in the 800 meters and running the third leg of UR's 4x400-meter relay that finished third...Helped the 'Jackets' 4x400-meter relay to another top-10 result, placing sixth at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets, tallying two top-five results...Ran a season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:11.82) to open the year at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo...Recorded another season-best time in the 800 meters (12th, 1:59.76) at the Rochester Spring Twilight, while running on UR's fifth-place, 4x400-meter relay team...Notched another top-five finish in the 4x400-meter relay, placing fourth at the UR Alumni Invitational.

HS: Went to Rush-Henrietta Senior High School...Ran Cross Country and Track & Field for the Royal Comets...Senior year Co-Captain of both the indoor and outdoor track teams...Personal-best times of 4:23.49 in the 1,600 meters and 2:02.04 in the 800 meters...2024 Outdoor Track 4x8 Sectional Champs...High Honor Roll.
