At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Sophomore appeared in seven meets, earning Second-Team All-Liberty League Honors in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR)...Helped Rochester's distance medley relay to a second-place finish at the Liberty League Indoor Championships with a time of 10:29.65...Added five more Top-10 results on the year, including two Top-5 finishes...Season-high finish of fifth in 800 meters (1:58.87) at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Ran a personal-best time of 1:57.45 a week later in the 800 meters at the FastTrack National Invite on Feb. 10...Opened the year with a PR and sixth-place finish in the 1000 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Invite (2:40.32), as well as a ninth-place finish (3:37.31) in the 4x400 relay.
Outdoor: Ran in three meets during the outdoor season...Placed 15th in the 800 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29, clocking in at 1:59.36...Season-best 1:58.43 800 meter time at Liberty Leagues on May 5...Named Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Made seven meet appearances as a first-year runner with the Yellowjackets...Competed at the Liberty League Indoor Championships on UR's DMR, ending up in second (10:41.16) to earn 2nd Team All-Liberty League accolades...Individually, posted two top-5 results on the season, ending up 5th in the 800 meters at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 11 and in the mile at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10...Finished the mile in 4:35.41 at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 30, his top time of the season in that event.
Outdoor: Ran five times during rookie season...Finished 13th in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Championships, running a season-best 1:59.03...Placed 14th in the 1500 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24.
HS: Attended Potsdam HS (NY) where he was a member of the Sandstoners cross country and track and field programs...Cross Country team captain for three years, also leading both indoor and outdoor track and field team as a senior...Cross Country MVP twice during his career, earning All-District honors as a freshman and three straight All-Northern accolades...PR's of 53.15 in the 400 meters, 2:03 in the 800 meters and 16:50.4 in the cross country 5k...Helped team to Section X outdoor track and field title as a senior in 2021...Graduated Summa Cum Laude...Part of Science Olympiad, Positivity Club, Whiz Quiz, Model UN, Chess Club and Varsity Club.
