At UR 2023-24: Indoor: The junior ran at five meets during indoor season...Had best result of the season come at the RIT February Friday Invitational, placing 4th in the mile with a 4:29.38 time...Finished 12th in the 3000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27, crossing the finish in a season-best 9:10.68.

Outdoor: Five meet appearances outdoors...Ran on UR's 4th place 4x400 meter relay squad at the Rochester Spring Twilight, his best finish of the year...Added 18th place individual result in the 800 meters, running 2:04.27...Secured 15th place in the 5000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team for the second straight season.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed in five meets during his sophomore, indoor season...Turned in two Top-10 finishes...Ran a season's-best time of 2:02.17 in the 800 meters at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 10 en route to a sixth-place finish...Helped UR's 4x400 relay to a sixth-place result (3:36.75) at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Opened the year with a season's-best time in the mile (4:32.84, 18th) at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport meet on Jan. 21.

Outdoor: Sophomore ran in six meets...Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 39th with a time of 16:23.15...Scored three Top-10 finishes, including a pair at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15...Finished eighth with a new PR of 4:1.38 in the 1,500 meters at Brockport, while also helping UR's 4x400 relay finish seventh (3:36.27)...Added another Top-10 result at the RIT Invitational on April 8, placing ninth in the 5,000 meters with a new personal-best time of 15:55.31...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

Personal: Father, David Sullo '94, attended Rochester and was a member of the Yellowjacket cross country and track and field programs...David participated on the 1991 NCAA Division III National Championship winning cross country team.
