At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Appeared in four meets as a sophomore during the indoor campaign...Tallied a pair of top-10 results...Kicked off the indoor season with a new personal-best time in the 1,000 meters (6th, 2:44.06) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6...Notched another top-10 result at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8, helping UR's 4x400-meter relay to a seventh-place result.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets outdoors, running the 800 and 1,500 meters...Set a new personal-best time in the 800 meters (14th, 2:02.06) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 19.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran as six meets during indoor season...Was on UR's 2nd place distance medley relay squad at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27, also competing in the 800 meters at that competition...Earned two other top-8 results on the season, both coming on Rochester 4x400 meter relay squads...Placed 12th in two events at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8.
Outdoor: Ran five times in the outdoor campaign...Had season-best time of 4:14.67 in the 1500 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14, ranking 23rd in the field...Finished 16th in the 1500 meters at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 26 (4:17.24).
