At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Made seven meet appearances during first season with Rochester...Ran at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in both the 60 meter hurdles and on UR's distance medley relay...DMR placed 3rd in a UR season-best time of 10:27.59, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors...Finished 7th in the hurdles, running 8.99 seconds in the final after posting a season-best time of 8.93 seconds in the prelims...Ended 5th overall in the 60 meter hurdles at the RIT February Friday Invitational...Ran on UR's 6th place 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27.
Outdoor: Appeared at six meets outdoors...Finished 4th at the Liberty League Championships in the 400 meter hurdles, running a season-best time of 57.36 seconds in the final...Also, captured 10th place in the 110 meter hurdles at the conference meet, running another season-best, clocking in at 16.42 seconds...Had nine total top-10 results on the season, with three coming at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14...Brockport results included 2nd place finish in the 400 meter hurdles and 4th place result in the 4x400 meter relay...3rd place 110 meter hurdle finish at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi.
