At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Sophomore competed in six meets indoors...Qualified for and ran the 400 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Helped Rochester's 4x200-meter relay to a third-place finish to open the year at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Posted a season-best time in the 400 meters (53.00) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.
Outdoor:Â Appeared in five meets outdoors...Competed in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Earned four top-10 results...Notched a pair of personal-best times in the 100 meters (17th, 11.57) and 200 meters (8th, 23.01) at the Rochester Spring Twilight, while helping UR's 4x400-meter relay to a third-place result...Added two more top-five finishes at the UR Alumni Invitational, placing fourth in the 400 meters with a new PR (51.01) and second in the 4x400-meter relay.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran four times across two meets during the indoor campaign...Secured two top-10 results in his first collegiate meet, placing 3rd on UR's 4x200 meter relay (1:35.93) and 9th in the 60 meters (7.48 seconds)...Competed in both the 60 meters and 200 meters at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9.
Outdoor: Five meet appearances outdoors...Secured three top-6 finishes as a part of Rochester relays during the spring, including running to 4th place in the 4x400 meter relay on Apr. 26 at the Rochester Spring Twilight and on Apr. 7 during the 4x100 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational...Had season-best times of 23.46 seconds during the 200 meters and finished 13th overall in the 100 meters (11.63 seconds) at the Rochester Spring Twilight.
HS: Went to DC International School...Played baseball, soccer, ultimate frisbee and ran track and field for the Dragons...Two-year team captain...Team MVP as a junior...PRs of 11.72 seconds in the 100 meters, 23.36 seconds in the 200 meters and 52.87 seconds in the 400 meters...Member of the Latin Student Union...Four-year member of the Honor Roll...Twice earned Principal's List.
