At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Competed once during the indoor season, running the mile at the RIT Indoor Invitational on Jan. 30.

Outdoor: Distance runner made four appearances outdoors...Ran a season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:19.09) at St. John Fisher's Cardinal Clasic on April 26.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran at six meets during first season with Rochester...Had season-best mile performance at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, placing 15th in 4:35.34...Was on UR's 6th place 4x400 meter relay at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9, also placing 13th in the 800 meters (2:06.59)...Season-best 800 meter time of 2:03.56 coming on Jan. 27 at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.

Outdoor: Appeared four times...Was on Rochester's runner-up 4x800 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 7...Ran to 17th place, his best individual result of the spring, during the 800 meters (2:07.90) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on Apr. 20.

HS: Graduated from Ithaca High School...Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field for the Little Red...Team Captain...800 meter PR of 2:01.67, 1,600 meter PR of 4:32.18...4x800 meter alternate at the NYSPHSAA Indoor State Championships as a senior...Competed at both the NYSPHSAA Cross Country Championships and NYS Federations Cross Country Championships as a senior.
