At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Sophomore competed in seven meets during the indoor season...Scored in two events at Liberty Leagues, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the 4x400-meter relay (3rd, 3:22.88) and placing sixth in the 400 meters (50.84)...Also ran the 200 meters at the conference championships and placed 15th...Opened the year with a pair of top-five results at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, finishing fourth in the 4x400m Relay and fifth in the 400m...Totaled six top-five results...Set a new personal-best time in the 60 meters (7th, 7.24) at the RIT Indoor Invitational...Finished a season-best fourth in the 400 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.
Outdoor:Â Excelled outdoors for the Yellowjackets, appearing in seven meets...Earned a pair of all-conference honors at the Liberty League Outdoor Champions, taking home Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x100-meter relay (2nd) and Honorable Mention All-Liberty League status in the 4x400-meter relay (3rd)...Also competed and scored in the 400 meters, setting a new PR in the prelims (49.82) before placing seventh in the final...Ran the 400 meters again at the All-Atlantic Region Championships and took fifth...Totaled 10 top-10 results...Placed ninth in both the 100 and 200 meters to open the outdoor season at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo...Helped UR's Sprint Medley Relay break the school record (5th, 3:29.01) at the Colonial Relays...Clocked in with a new personal-best mark in the 200 meters (22.66) at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Added another PR a week later at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 100 meters (11.48), and helped UR's 4x100 (1st) and 4x400 (2nd) relays to a pair of podium finishes...Selected to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran in eight meets for the Yellowjackets and was one of the teams top sprinters as a rookie...Competed on UR's 4th place 4x200 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships, helping the group post a UR season-best time of 1:30.51...Earned All-Liberty League Honorable Mention accolades after being a part of Rochester's 3rd place 4x400 meter relay (3:29.15) at the conference meet...Also, finished 6th individually in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Championships, scoring a podium result for the 'Jackets...Season-best time of 51.02 seconds in the 400 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational in February, also running at BU on Rochester's 4x400 meter relay (team best 3:26.82 this season)...Seven total top-8 results during the season.
