Outdoor: Was a 3-time competitor in throwing events at the Liberty League Championships...Secured a podium finish (6th) in the hammer throw with a career-best throw of 48.00 meters...Added 9th place results in the shot put (13.06m, career-best) and discus (35.94m)...Accumulated 12 total top-10 finishes during the spring season, including posting three at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 26...Season-best 5th place result at the Brockport Multi & Invitational during the discus...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team for the third year in a row.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Appeared in seven indoor meets, competing in the shot put and weight throw...Finished 11th in the shot put (12.86m) and 17th in the weight throw (12.49m) at Liberty Leagues...Set a new PR in the weight throw with a 13.52m hurl, good for an 11th-place finish at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28.

Outdoor: Threw in six meets during the outdoor season, competing in the discus, hammer throw and shot put...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in all three throwing events, finishing 9th with new personal bests in both the discus (40.39m) and hammer throw (47.29m) and 11th in the shot put (12.73m)...Secured three Top-10 finishes at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15, placing sixth in the discus (38.33m), eighth in the shot put (12.43m) and ninth in the hammer throw (40.97m)...Earned eight Top-10 results during the 2023 outdoor season...Liberty League All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Sophomore competed at seven meets during the indoor season...Was top-16 in the shot put (11th, 12.03m) and weight throw (16th, 12.71m) at the Liberty League Championships in late February...Season-best mark of 13.35 meters in the weight throw at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 11.

Outdoor: Appeared five times...Recorded three top-10 results, including a 9th place finish in the shot put at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, tossing 12.95 meters...Ended 13th in the hammer throw at the conference meet with a season-best 43.29 meter mark...8th place in the shot at the Rochester Spring Classic and ended 10th in the same event two weeks later...12.98 meter toss was season-best in the shot put, coming at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 30...Named to Liberty League All-Academic Team for the spring season.

At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Finished 5th in both the shot put (11.56m) and weight throw (12.33m) at the Nazareth Triangular in the lone indoor meet of the season.

Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets for UR...Culminated first season with a strong performance at the Liberty League West Championships, placing 8th in both the discus (33.14m) and hammer throw (40.25m), both of which were season best marks...Also, placed 9th at the Liberty League meet in the shot put...Top result of 4th place came at the Geneseo-Ithaca-UR Tri-Meet in the shot put.

HS: Varsity letterwinner on football, wrestling and indoor and outdoor track & field at Shenendehowa HS...Named Section II 1st Team All-Star as a senior along the offensive line...Helped Plainsmen to two Section II titles, a regional championship and a #3 ranking in the state AA class...Won back-to-back Section II dual meets in sophomore and junior seasons.
