At UR 2024-25: Indoor: First-year multi-competitor appeared in eight meets...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the heptathlon, ranking third in the Niagara Region and 35th overall on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List...Finished second in the heptathlon (4,538 pts) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships to score Second-Team All-Liberty League honors...Also scored in the pole vault with a seventh-place result and 4.17m height...Set new season-best marks at Liberty Leagues in the heptathlon shot put and 1,000 meters, placing second in both the pole vault and 1,000 meters...Competed in the heptathlon again a week later at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships and set a new personal-best score with a second-place finish (4,661 pts)...Also set new season bests in the heptathlon 60 meters, 60-meter hurdles, long jump and pole vault and had a top finish of third in the 1,000 meters...Two-time Liberty League Men's Rookie of the Week following the conference championships and regionals...Turned in nine top-10 results and an additional 11 top-five results in heptathlon events...Opened the year with a pair of top-10 finishes at the Nazareth Alumni Open, placing fifth in the 4x400-meter relay and seventh in the pole vault...Improved to fifth in the pole vault at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets outdoors before missing the rest of the season due to injury...Placed fifth in the javelin throw at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on March 29...Came in second in the decathlon (5,889 pts) at the Rochester Spring Twilight, winning the pole vault, while setting season-best marks in six other events...Hit a season-best mark in the javelin (5th, 48.48m) at the Cardinal Last Chance Meet on May 11.

HS: Went to Ballston Spa High School...Four-sport athlete for the Scotties, playing soccer and lacrosse, wrestling and running track & field...Suburban Council All-Star...Personal-bests of 14'6'' in the Pole Vault, 6' in the High Jump and 137'1" in the javelin.
