At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets in an impressive first-year with the Yellowjackets...Competed in both the long and triple jumps at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, earning Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the triple jump (2nd) while placing sixth in the long jump...Ranked 41st in the triple jump on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List...Also ranked fifth in the Niagara Region, netting USTFCCCA All-Region honors...Competed at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the triple jump and placed eighth...Earned nine top-10 results in the jumping events...Opened the year with two top-three finishes in the long (3rd) and triple jumps (2nd) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6...Netted the first of two Liberty League Men's Rookie of the Week honors following his efforts at Nazareth...Took the top spot in the triple jump at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8, leaping a season-best 14.17m...Won the triple jump competition again the following week at the D3 Elite Meet on Feb. 15.

Outdoor: Continued upon first-year success from indoors, competing in the long and triple jumps across seven meets...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the triple jump (3rd, 13.56m) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Also finished ninth in the long jump, qualifying for both Liberty Leagues and regionals in both horizontal jumping events...Placed sixth in the triple jump and 20th in the long jump at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships...USTFCCCA All-Region in the triple jump...Earned seven top-10 finishes in the jumping events...Two-time Liberty League Men's Rookie of the Week...Came in third place in the long jump to open the outdoor campaign at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo...Notched another top-five result in the long jump (4th) at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 14...Took home first place in the long jump with a season-best leap of 7.00m, and finished third in the triple jump at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 19.

HS: Lettered in indoor and outdoor track & field and soccer for the Greyhounds at the Gilman School...Named track & field team captain as a senior for both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Named All-Conference during indoor career.
