At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Another strong season as a junior...Finished the season ranked #33 in Division III in the weight throw with a career-best mark of 17.75 meters set at the Liberty League Championships in a winning effort...Earned All-Liberty League 1st Team honors at the conference meet and also finished 9th in the shot put (13.12m)...Ended 4th at the All-Atlantic Region Championships in the weight throw (17.49m)...All-Niagara Region performer during the weight throw season...Named Liberty League Field Performer of the Week on Feb. 12 following a weight throw win at the RIT February Friday Invitational...Piled up nine total top-10's during eight meet appearances and ended up on top of the podium six times.
Outdoor: Showed versatility in throwing events by appearing at seven meets while competing a total of 22 times during the outdoor season...Had phenomenal Liberty League Championships, securing wins in both the discus (45.53m) and hammer throw (55.41m) while setting two new personal-bests in the process...Added scoring placements in the shot put (5th, 13.73m) and javelin (6th, 54.16m) at Liberty League's...Was 1st Team All-Liberty League in the discus and hammer throw...Ended season ranked #43 on the Division III Performance List...Competed at the AARTFC Championships in the hammer and discus, finishing 9th and 22nd, respectively...Had 19 total top-10 results, including five wins...Had three top-6 results, including a javelin win at the Towson Invitational on Mar. 26, the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14 and Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on Apr. 21.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed in both indoor throwing events in eight meets for the Yellowjackets during the indoor campaign, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the weight throw...Ranked 49th in NCAA Division III in the weight throw during the regular season with a 17.08m throw...Set the 17.08m mark, a personal best, at the 2022-23 Liberty League Indoor Championships, finishing second in the weight throw to earn Second-Team All-Liberty League honors...Also scored for Rochester in the shot put at Liberty Leagues, finishing fifth with a 13.98m throw...Earned 11 Top-10 results...Finished ninth in the weight throw at the AARTFC with a throw of 16.88m...Took home first-place in the weight throw with a 16.65m throw at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28...Also finished 5th in the shot put with a PR of 14.15m at the Conference Challenge Cup...Tallied two Top-10 finishes at both the Nazareth Alumni Invite and the Brockport Multi.
Outdoor: Appeared in eight outdoor meets...USTFCCCA All-Region in the javelin throw, ranking 37th (57.49m) in the event during the regular season...Placed first in the javelin with a new personal-best 57.49m throw at the 2023 Liberty League Outdoor Championships, earning First-Team All-Liberty League Honors...Scored for Rochester in the discus (7th, 41.98m) at Liberty Leagues, while also competing in the shot put (14th, 12.68m)...Qualified for and competed in both the hammer throw (17th, 48.91m) and javelin (22nd, 42.43m) at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships...Landed 15 Top-10 throws, 13 of which were Top-5s...Set a pair of new PRs at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29, finishing fourth in both the discus (44.85m) and hammer throw (52.48m)...Secured three Top-3 finishes at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15 in the discus (3rd, 39.77m), hammer throw (2nd, 50.89m) and javelin (3rd, 47.39m)...Added two more third-place results at the RIT Invite on April 8, finishing third in the hammer (50.82m) and javelin (43.98m)...Opened the year with two Top-10s in the hammer (4th, 48.51m) and javelin (7th, 44.40m) at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational.
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets during first season representing Rochester...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the weight throw and finished 7th with a season-best mark of 14.63 meters, helping the Yellowjackets claim their first ever conference title...Four top-15 results on the season, including a pair of 11th place finishes in the weight throw during his first two collegiate meets.
Outdoor: Solid season outdoors during rookie campaign...Competed in all four throwing events at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Finished 12th in the discus and hammer throw, 14th in the javelin and 18th in the shot put...Overall, competed in six meets and had five top-10 results...Was 3rd in the javelin at the UR Alumni Invitational with a toss of 44.67 meters after ending 5th a week earlier in the same event at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi...Season-best distance of 50.11 meters in the javelin at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8, placing 3rd.
