At UR 2023-24: Indoor: The rookie appeared in six meets, running a total of seven times during the indoor season...Finished in 5th place during the 5000 meters at the RIT February Friday Invitational, posting an indoor season-best 16:16.35 time...Closed out indoor campaign with a 9:21.39 time in the 3000 meters, placing 22nd at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up...Was 11th in the 5K at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.
Outdoor: Ran six times, including at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships where he secured a podium finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase...Placed 8th at the conference meet, running 9:59.07...Had three top-8 results during the season, with a season-best result of 7th coming at the Rochester Spring Twilight in the 5000 meters (15:52.75)....Finished 8th in the steeplechase at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14.
HS: Attended Pittsford Mendon High School...Played tennis, skied and ran cross country and track & field for the Vikings...Boys Alpine Team Captain...2021 Cross Country Team MVP...All-Country Cross Country in 2022..Helped the Vikings to Sectional Championships in Cross Country, Alpine and Tennis in 2021, and a State Championship in Alpine in 2022-23...National Honor Society...Honor Roll...Also competed for the Hunt Hollow Race Team.
