At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Ran in seven meets indoors as a first-year...Ran in two events at the Liberty League Championships, helping UR's 4x400-meter relay to a third-place finish to earn Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors while placing 10th individually in the 400 meters...Opened the year with a fourth-place result in the 4x400-meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6...Ran a season-best time in the 200 meters (23.51) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 21.

Outdoor: Competed in the hurdles and sprints outdoors, seeing the track in seven meets...Scored for UR at the Liberty League Championships, placing fifth in the 400-meter hurdles...Wrapped up the outdoor season with a season-best time in the 400-meter hurdles (55.15) at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships...Six top-10 results...Took third in both the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 14...Set a season-best mark in the 400 meters (51.35) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 19, placing sixth...Added top-10 results in the 400-meter hurdles at St. John Fisher's Cardinal Classic (8th) on April 26th and Cardinal Last Chance Meet (5th) on May 11.
