At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Sophomore competed in one meet...Set a new personal-best time in the 60 meters (7.43) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 25.

Outdoor: Did not make any appearances during the outdoor season...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran at three meets during indoor season...Finished 5th as a part of Rochester's 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Earned 17th place in first collegiate race, coming in the 300 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8.

Outdoor: Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 400 meter hurdles, ending on the podium with an 8th place result at the conference meet...Ran season-best 58.39 seconds in the prelims and finished in 58.96 seconds during the final...Secured 4th place in the 400 meter hurdles at the Rochester Spring Twilight and was 9th in the same event at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational.

HS: Attended Tuscarora High School...Lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track with the Huskies...Earned All-Region honors in the 300 meter hurdles...PRs of 17.59 in the 100 meter hurdles, 23.71 in the 200 meters, 40.12 in the 300 meter hurdles and 19:36 in the 5,000 meters...2023 Dulles District & Region 4C Champion...Chess Club Treasurer...Honors Student.
