At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Posted wins in both events entered at the Nazareth Triangular in late February...Was 1st in 200 meters with a time of 23.28 seconds and was on winning 4x400 meter relay which clocked in at 3:31.91...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both events following the indoor season.
Outdoor: Exceptional season as a sophomore competing outdoors for the first time...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships and placed 15th in the 400 meter hurdles...Ended regular season with #8 time in Division III in that event, clocking at 53.13 seconds in win at Liberty League West Championship, establishing a new meet record in the event...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in 400 meter hurdles and also earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors...Was Honorable Mention All-League in 4x100 meter relay (3rd, 43.50 seconds)...Recorded nine total wins during the season, being a double-winner three times...Two-time Track Performer of the Week and two-time Rookie of the Week within the Liberty League...Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors for his efforts in the classroom, also being named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in nine meets for Rochester and was set to compete at the NCAA Division III Championships on Rochester's 4x400 meter relay...Named an All-American by the USTFCCCA as a part of Rochester's 4x400 meter relay...Ran on UR record setting 4x400 meter relay (3:16.52) at the Boston U.
