At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Returned from an injury to compete in seven indoor meets as a junior...Helped UR's Distance Medley Relay to a second-place finish at the Liberty League Championships to earn Second-Team All-Liberty League honors...Also ran the 800 meters at the conference championships and placed seventh...Qualified for regionals in the 800 meters and placed 19th at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships...Had six top-10 results...Notched a second-place finish in the 800 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 25...Added a pair of second-place results in the 600 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: First-year runner appeared in eight meets during the indoor season...Qualified for the AARTFC in the 800 meters, finishing 10th with a time of 1:56.69...Scored at Liberty Leagues in the 800 meters, finishing fourth with a time of 1:55.88...Also finished 10th in the 400 meters, clocking in at 51.93...Finished in the Top 10 all 11 times he competed...Opened the year with two Top-3 finishes in the 4x400 (2nd, 3:24.76) and the 1000 meters (3rd, 2:34.81) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9...Helped UR's 4x400 relay take home first-place at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 21 (3:26.71), while also finishing second in the 800 meters, individually, with a time of 1:56.05 en route to Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors...Ran a season's-best time in the Mile on Jan. 28 at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, finishing fifth with a time of 4:28.07...Season-best time of 51.31 in the 400 meters on Feb. 4 at the Brockport Multi, good for 9th.
