At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Appeared in five meets during the indoor season...Finished 4th in the Heptathlon at both the Liberty League Indoor Championships (4128) and the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Championships (4,255)...Set new PRs in the Heptathlon (4th, 4,255), 60 meters (12th, 7.77), long jump (5th, 6.25m) and pole vault (5th, 3.50m) at AARTFC, while adding Top-4 finishes in the high jump (2nd, 1.81m), 1000 meters (3rd, 2:56.05) and 60 meter hurdles (4th, 9.16)...Also set new personal bests in three Heptathlon events at Liberty Leagues: the high jump (1st, 1.82m), 60 meter hurdles (3rd, 9.07) and 1000 meters (4th, 2:51.58)...Six Top-5 finishes, and eight Top-5 finishes within the Heptathlon events...Scored a fifth-place result in the 1000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17 (3:05.11)
Outdoor:Â Junior competed in two meets...Set a new personal-best time in the 110 meter hurdles (6th, 16.47) at the RIT Invitational on April 8...Added another Top-10 result in the high jump (5th, 1.76m) at RIT, as well as an 11th-place finish in the long jump (5.94m)
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Made seven meet appearances as a sophomore...Finished 5th in the Liberty League Championships in the heptathlon, scoring 3,703 points...The score featured five personal-best marks and helped Rochester claim the team title for the first time in program history...Was heptathlon 60 meter hurdle winner at conference meet and finished top-3 in high jump and 1000 meters...Ran on 4th place 4x400 meter relay team at the RIT February Invitational and was 5th in the heptathlon in the Conference Challenge Cup in late January.
Outdoor: Competed four times for the Yellowjackets outdoors...Finished 4th in the decathlon at the Liberty League Championships, scoring a personal-best 4,678 points...Ended 1st in Liberty League decathlon 1500 meters, crossing the finish in 4:55.36...Added 9th place result at the conference meet in the 110 meter hurdles...Had five PR's in performance at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi decathlon, scoring 4,427 points in finishing 8th...Placed 4th in the 110 meter hurdles during the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Competed twice at the Nazareth Triangular, UR's lone indoor competition of the season...Was 5th in the long jump and had 4th fastest prelim time in the 60m hurdles.
Outdoor: Appeared in four meets in his first competition outdoors with Rochester...Qualified for the Liberty League West Championships in the 400 meter hurdles, ranking 7th with a time of 1:01.20...Had season-best performances in the 1500 meters (4:54.67), discus (30.12m) and javelin (38.01m) at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3.
HS: Attended Honeoye Falls-Lima HS where he was a member of the track & field, cross country, skiing and soccer programs...Earned All-Greater Rochester honors in track & field, also compiling a sectional title, 1st Team All-County and top-5 state finish in the pentathlon. Personal bests of 15.7 seconds in the hurdles, 1.83 meters in the high jump, 6.12 meters in the long jump and 4:37.0 in the pentathlon...Vice President of the National Honor Society...Boys State Representative...Big Brother program...Young Entrepreneur pitch winner.
