At RPI 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in 11 meets for the Engineers...Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors, running on RPI's 7th place Distance Medley Relay at NCAA's, helping post a time of 10:00.76...DMR team finished first and ranked #4 in Division III with a time of school record 9:55.09 at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet on Mar. 5...Earned pair of 4th place results at the Liberty League Indoor Track & Field Championships, coming in the 400 meters (50.19) and 4x400 meter relay (3:25.17)...Double-winner four times on the year, coming at the West Point Tune Up, Utica Pioneer Invite, Utica Winter Opener and Smith Winter Classic...Personal-best 400 meter time of 49.63 at Boston U. At RPI 2020-21: Outdoor: Competed at the Liberty League East Championships and claimed the individual title in the 400 meters, running a time of 51.16 seconds...Ended on 3rd place 4x400 meter relay (3:37.10)...All-League honors in both events, including 1st Team All-Liberty League in the 400...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At RPI 2019-20: Indoor: Eight meet appearances during first season with the Engineers...Had two podium finishes at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 4th in the 4x400 meter relay (3:27.91) and 6th in the 400 meters (50.98 seconds)...Had nine total top-5 results on the season...Was a double-winner at the Middlebury Invitational on Jan. 25, winning the 500 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Personal-best 500 meter time of 1:05.88 at the Boston U.
