At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared four times indoors during sophomore campaign...Recorded two 6th place finishes on relays at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic and at the Houghton Higlander Invitational...Best individual result of 18th place in the 400 meters at Houghton in 56.36 seconds...Season-best time of 55.54 seconds in the 400 meters at the RIT February Invitational.
Outdoor: The sophomore finished season strong, running season-bests in both the 200 meters (24.91 seconds) and 400 meters (54.59 seconds) at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on Apr. 27...Overall, competed at five meets, with a top finish of 7th place coming on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Was 8th in the 200 meters at the Rochester Spring Classic...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Ran in five meets during the indoor season of his rookie year...Was on UR's 7th place 4x200 meter relay at the RIT February Invitational...Posted two top-10's at the Hamilton Continental Invitational.
Outdoor: Appeared five times...Best result came in front of the home fans at the Rochester Twilight Classic, placing 10th in the 400 meters and on 3rd place 4x400 meter relay team...Season-best time of 54.79 seconds in the 400 meters, running 17th at the RIT Mid-Week Invitational.
HS: Lettered in cross country and outdoor track and field for the Spartans of Queensbury HS...Helped team to three straight Foothill Council championships in cross country...Spartans also won track and field titles in 2014, 2016 and 2017, earning a sectional crown in his senior season...Personal best times of 11.8 seconds in the 100 meters, 24.3 seconds in the 200 meters and 52.9 seconds in the 400 meters...Member of the National Honor Society.
