At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Finished 10th in the 200 meters and ran on UR's 'B' relay which was 3rd in the 4x400 meters at the Nazareth Triangular in late February.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Finished 5th in the 400 meter hurdles at the Liberty League West Championships...Earned win in 400 meter hurdles at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1, posting a PR time of 58.55 seconds...Eight total top-8 results on the season, including two coming at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team for the second straight season.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ran in five meets as a sophomore...Top result was 7th place finishes on 4x400 meter relay at both the Brockport Multi & Invitational and Nazareth Alumni Opener...Ended 15th in the 60 meter hurdles at the RIT Tiger Invitational...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared in six meets indoors...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the 60 meter hurdles and finished with a time of 9.56 seconds, good for 15th place...Had two top-8 results at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, finishing 5th on UR's 4x400 meter relay and 6th in the 60 meter hurdles...Season-best 60 meter hurdles time of 9.23 seconds came in first collegiate meet at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8.
Outdoor: Had UR's top time in the 110 meter hurdles this season, running 17.46 seconds at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, his first meet of the spring...Competed in both the 400 meter and 110 meter hurdles at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, finishing in 6th and 12th place respectively...Ended 3rd in the 110 meter hurdles at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14 and was 5th a week later in the 400 meter hurdles at the Rochester Spring Classic.
HS: Graduated from Marblehead HS...Lettered in indoor and outdoor track and field while also competing on hockey and cross country teams...Team captain of outdoor track and field team as a senior, one season after earning team MVP accolades...Was a Massachusetts state qualifier in the 400 meter hurdles, 100 meters, 200 meters and long jump.
