At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Terrific year as a junior indoors, competing at seven competitions, including the NCAA, AARTFC and Liberty League championships...Finished 10th in Division III in the 800 meters...All-Atlantic region champion in the 800 meters after time of 1:52.71 set a new meet record...All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA in both the 800 meters and mile, with season-best mile time of 4:08.23 came at Boston U. Outdoor: Continued marvelous junior campaign by earning his first career All-America honor by finishing 3rd at the NCAA Division III Championships in the 1500 meters in a time of 3:48.11...Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Year and was 2-time champion and 3-time All-League recipient at the conference championships...1st place in the 800 meters and 1500 meters at the Liberty League Championships, while ending 3rd on 4x400 meter relay...Ended regular season ranked #9 in Division III in the 1500 meters with his time of 3:46.84 and was top-20 in the 800 meters at 1:51.10, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both events...Competed in ten races and ended with three wins and four other top-3 results...Finished 3rd among over 40 runners in the 800 meters and 19th of over 50 runners at the Division I Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational in mid-April...2-time Liberty League Track Performer of the Week...Honored for academic work by being a Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Was a double-winner for Rochester at the Nazareth Triangular, coming in the mile and 4x400 meter relay...Earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region honors for both events...Clocked in at 3:31.91 in the relay and was individually timed at 4:21.77 in the mile.
Outdoor: Spectacular season as a sophomore culminated in him being named Liberty League Track Performer of the Year and conference Rookie of the Year...Ended 10th in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships, clocking in with a time of 3:50.18, good for a season-best...Earned All-Region honors with regular season time of 3:50.69 which ranked #14 in Division III...1500 meters champion at the Liberty League West Championships, earning 1st Team All-Conference honors...Two-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week...Four event wins and four other top-8 results during seven meet sophomore season...Was named CoSIDA Academic All-District and earned spot on USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Liberty League All-Academic member for the spring semester.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets for UR and was one of the teams top middle-distance runners...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League Indoor Championships...Was 2nd Team All-Liberty League as a part of Rochester's DMR team which posted a team season-best 10:32.68 in runner-up finish...Also, was 5th individually in the 800 meters and ended 18th in the same event at regionals...Finished 3rd in the 800 at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and was 4th in the mile at the RIT Tiger Invitational...Had UR's top mile time of 4:26.82 at the Nazareth Conference Challenge on Jan. 25...Six top-10 finishes overall on the year.
HS: Attended Nazareth Academy in LaGrange Park, IL...Participated on the cross country and track and field teams with the Roadrunners.
