At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Had his best season to date as a junior indoors, running to 1st Team USTFCCCA All-America honors in the 800 meters, ending 7th at the NCAA Division III Championships with a time of 1:52.92...Ran 1:51.13 time during the NCAA preliminary heats and set a new Rochester and Liberty League Association record...Two-time All-Region selection, coming in the 800 meters and mile...Captured Liberty League and AARTFC titles in the 800 meters...3-time All-Liberty League honoree, earning 1st team in the 800 meters, 2nd team in the mile and Honorable Mention on UR's 4x400 meter relay...Finished in the top-8 a total of 11 times during the season, including four event wins...Ranked #19 in Division III during the regular season with a 1:52.78 time in the 800 meters, qualifying for his first NCAA Championships...Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Week on Mar. 4 following regional win in the 800 meters.

Outdoor: Solid outdoor season, appearing in seven meets and earning Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x400 meter relay...Competed in both the 4x400 relay and the 1,500 meters at the Liberty League Championships. scoring all-conference honors with a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay (3:20.29), while placing 11th (3:59.96) in the 1,500 meters...Qualified for regionals in the 1,500 meters, running a new PR of 3:57.83, good for 13th...Added another Top-5 result and personal best at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15, finishing 2nd (1:58.21) in the 800 meters...Earned four Top-10 finishes on the year, including two second-place times...Season-high mark of eighth in the 1,500 meters (4:04.16) at the UR Alumni Invite on April 22.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Seven meet appearances during rookie season on the track...Qualified for the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region Championships in the 3000 meters...Just missed podium finish at the Liberty League meet, ending 9th in 8:45.21...Was 21st at regionals...Had season-best time of 8:39.41 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational in February...Had two top-8 results in first collegiate meet, running 4th in the mile and 7th on the 4x400 meter relay.

Outdoor: Ran three times during outdoor season...Finished 9th in the 5000 meters at the UR Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish in 15:42.53...13th place during 1500 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi...Competed at the Lynchburg Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational and placed in the top-30 in the 1500 meters, posting a season-best time of 4:16.35.
